Is your hairstyle making you fat? If you do sports because you won’t ruin your hairstyle for the rest of the day want, it’s time to change something.

She found that she used her hairstyle as an excuse to stop doing sports. A study of African American women found that a third used their hairstyles as an excuse not to exercise.
We all get hat hair
Hair concerns across all borders of ethnicity, age and gender. A hat keeps your head from getting sunburnt just to crush and sweat your hair. Ponytails or braids can leave your hair with strange waves until you wash it. You should just cut your hair short or even shave and have solved the problem?
Here are some common hair and hat solutions.

The ponytail is my favorite hairstyle for walking and sports. A bouncy ponytail is girly, sporty, sexy, and (above all) easy to do if your hair is long enough to gather in an elastic band.
Gender neutral: All you need is long enough hair, and if you have long enough hair to go into a ponytail, understand why you want it off your face when you walk or exercise.
No skill required: simply brush back and grip with a rubber band. You can use hair clips or hairpins to tame loose strands.
Hat-Friendly: Easy to wear with a sun visor, and many hats come with ponytail holes.
Quick tidying up: If you want to take a quick shower or wash your face after your workout, your hair is ready.
My male hikers think that a bouncy ponytail is sexy.
A ponytail will destroy your normal hairstyle for the rest of the day without much rework. The elastic band makes a mark in the hair, so if you want to wear your hair, you need to wet and dry it to get rid of the mark.
Ponytail marks on the neck if your bangs are long enough to shade your neck.
If your ponytail is too tight, you can get a ponytail.
If you try to wear a hat without a ponytail, you spend a lot of time adjusting your hat, adjusting your ponytail, and still feel that it is weird and the hat is not sitting directly on your head.
3Braids, Cornrows and Buns
If you want to keep your hair under control and still have a great look before, during and after the Workout, there are several alternatives to the simple ponytail.

: You can rock a French braid all day as a sophisticated style. Exercise can produce some strands flying away, so you may startle it after your workout have to. I make my own braid in just a few seconds. You can insert or wear the end out for a tidy look.Small Braids Tiny: Small braids all over your head is usually a look in a salon. It works well for workouts, though you’ll want to gather them all in a ponytail when they’re long.
cornrows: Cornrows are a unisex look that will keep your hair clean for weeks, although it’s usually done in a salon too. It’s workout friendly.
4Short, Buzzed or BaldHaving hair is not a problem if you don’t have hair. Sweaty head? Simply let it run under the tap with a little soap and dry immediately. These hairstyles fit under any hat – no ponytail hole required!
My Crew-Cut Walking Buddy Will doesn’t have a comb or a bottle of shampoo or conditioner. He says he has long hair and uses hair gel. But hair gel plus sweat is a sticky, sticky mess.
Hair is thin? Comb over flaps in the breeze? Just shave your head or give the rest of you a short buzz. But be warned, bare heads need a hat or sunscreen, or your red neck reaches all the way up.
Women go short
Short, tipped hair can work for both women and men. If your hair drives you crazy, try to stay presentable, try something very short and low maintenance. Ask your hairdresser about a cut that only needs a short comb and maybe a little gel to look good after a workout.
